Been there and done that. Never pulled any hair or walked in my sleep.
I have talked to a person who I went to school with and she walked 15 miles in her sleep to her grand parents house and slept at the edge of their bed. Now the strange part was that all the doors and windows where locked. Must have gone down the chimmony. |

Yes, thatÂ’s my favorite - that really made me think about when people tell me this diet is radical or intense. I always think about that... "Medicating yourself and being cut open isnt intense?"
